I found this charred figure in a large burn pile.  It is now part of a standing group of three figures at the entry to BlueSkyFarm.

Seeing

A new clearing.

Expanding a high pasture walking garden to include an anchoring, large Eastern White Pine with shade gardens surrounding. Morning and evening views from approximately the same location.

Islands of grass and weeds.

Usually cut as weeds, these remain in grass-land islands throughout the property.   Apples are coming to season, deer have grown...it's amazing to watch nature in its own cycles.

Dogs

Pat, one of two dogs that own the property.  The paths are being made for their pleasure, and mine as I watch them run.  It's a great way to spend time with them, out on the property.  Being able to spend time with the dogs this way has makes developing strong bonds and training routines easier.  Everyone feels better after a hour walking.
